Whoobie collects, uses and stores information when you communicate with whoobie (via email, phone, fax, website visits, etc.) and purchase whoobie’s products. The information whoobie collects can include name, address, email address and phone number. Information is collected through the use of web browser 'cookies'. Cookies cache user information, which may be accessed and stored by whoobie. Finally, we collect information through our opt-in post card program.

What we do with the information we collect?
The information we collect is for the express use of whoobie | fine art for kids and will not be sold or rented to external third parties. Whoobie may transfer customer information to external entities in the event of a merger, acquisition, consolidation or strategic partnership in which whoobie participates or to a purchaser of (substantially) all of whoobie's assets.
